Located in Perrysburg, Ohio this commercial development is one of our signature developments. A concept that is found nowhere else in the greater Toledo area, HarborTown Place provides an ideal location where a business can be surrounded by a water oasis miles from Lake Erie. With several inland tracks of water fed by a series of rolling streams, HarborTown Place allows a business an ideal setting to provide a tranquil environment to any employee or patron. Just down the street from the neighboring Levis Commons, Ridge Stone General Contractors was able to provide an ideal location for any business to expand into an additional location or a great start for its first step into the world of commerce.

Otterbein Retirement Living Communities
Located in several locations throughout Ohio, Ridge Stone General Contractors was approached by Otterbein Retirement Living Communities to assist in the design and lead the construction of a ground-breaking design for their assisted living facilities. Ridge Stone General Contractors provided key insight into the design of each center and utilized its team of trained professionals from both it residential and commercial business to construct the series of small home facilities that married the traditional care of a nursing home with the warmth and harmony of a contemporary home.

Located within HarborTown Place in Perrysburg, Ohio, this banking institution was looking for and new facility that could capture new customers in a thriving environment. Ridge Stone was asked to build a new facility. The result was a bank that insured the security and efficiency of ones visit while harmoniously blending the bank into the landscape surrounding it.

Jed’s Barbeque and Brew
Located within HarborTown Place in Perrysburg, Ohio, this popular local restaurant and bar was looking for a fresh and exciting place to open a second location. Working with Ridge Stone General Contractors, Jed’s was able to secure a prominent location on one of the expansive inland lakes of HarborTown with a breathtaking view of the signature HarborTown Lighthouse and accompanying 30 foot water fountain. Ridge Stone General Contractors was able to design and build an intimate yet open setting that allowed for multi-level seating for an inviting and efficient dining experience.

Children’s Discovery Center
Located within HarborTown Place in Perrysburg, Ohio this local child care chain wanted to expand its presence in Perrysburg. Seeking out a fresh environment in HarborTown Place, Ridge Stone was able to build a fully integrated facility that matched the existing centers around the Greater Toledo area while blending into the majestic surroundings of HarborTown.

Carpets By Otto
Located in Levis Commons in Perrysburg, Ohio, this established carpet business was looking to open its third public location while establishing the first Shaw Design Center in the area. Ridge Stone General Contractors was faced with the challenge of designing and building a center that had to comply with existing architectural standards while maintaining the strong brand identity of the established business.The result was an eye-catching and inviting, free standing retail center that is a center piece along the bustling Route 25 thoroughfare.

Hometown Center
Located off Weatherfield court in the Briarfield Business Park in Maumee, Ohio, the retail center is changing the way that people shop for building materials and services. Realizing that there was a need for one central location for builders and their customers to choose all their professional building needs, Ridge Stone designed Hometown Center. This concept, while not to be confused with other warehouse-style facilities in town, has strategically gathered the area’s premier building material suppliers and service providers under one roof.

Warnock Tanner and Associates
Located on Maumee Western Road in Maumee, Ohio, this technical firm was in need of an office that incorporated space for both daily work execution and program training. Faced with the issue of enhancing their image without expanding their budget, Warnock, Tanner and Associates turned to us to design a harmonious floor plan that incorporated custom finished cabinetry. The end result was the creation of several custom-designed multi-purpose rooms that were able to serve both daily activities as well as program training needs.

Located off of Secor Road in Lambertville, Michigan, this surgical center successfully blends the medical center with high quality interior design that sets itself apart from other medical centers in town. When the surgeons saw the potential to reduce patient anxiety by creating a feeling of a warm, high-end atmosphere, they contracted us to provide the design build that they had dreamed of while staying within their budget.

Maria Child Care Center
Located on the corner of Monroe and Sylvania in the heart of the Sylvania shopping district, this facility provides a warm, residential feel to child care. When the Sisters of Notre Dame saw a need for a child care center with a sprawling floor plan and an inviting playground, they contacted us to create a design and build a facility that fit both their budget and their campus.

Checker Distributors
Located within the Arrowhead Business Park in Maumee, Ohio, Checker was growing its operation very rapidly and in need of additional space within their existing layout. The demand was high to create office space that was large enough to accommodate the needs of the current office personnel while not disrupting the flow of the current operations of the warehouse floor. The result was a free flowing functional floor plan where all executives could work within a quiet, accommodating space while overseeing the seamless operations of the warehouse floor.
