What are the taxes in Perrysburg?  Holland?
Taxes are about 1/10% of the value of your home. (For example $200,000 is $200 a month, a $300,000 home is $300 per month, etc..)

Horseshoe bend and The River’s Edge are in The City of Perrysburg and Sycamore Woods is in Springfield Township.

Within River’s Edge, what is the monthly fee? What do these cover?
The monthly fee in The River’s Edge is $105.17. This fee covers lawn mowing, snow removal on sidewalks and driveway, pond & common area maintenance, and swimming pool, club house, and exercise room maintenance)

Is there a homeowners association and if so, how much are the dues?
The dues for each development are as follows:
Horseshoe Bend are $85 per year
Sycamore Woods are $272 per year
The River’s Edge is 105.17 per month

In what school district is the neighborhood located?
Horseshoe Bend, Bay Shore Village and The River’s Edge are located within Perrysburg School District while Sycamore Woods is located within Springfield School District.

Does the cost of the home include a basement?
For homes within Horseshoe Bend and Sycamore Woods, the cost does include the basement. For homes in The River’s Edge, the costs do not include a basement.

Can you make any changes to a Ridge Stone layout?
