Ridge Stone Residential has created a unique, multi-tiered process for making homebuilding easy and enjoyable. We started by making pre-construction planning a one-stop-shop, whereby each homeowner can decide on the following items all from the comfort of our sales centers:

Lot choice
Model of home
Exterior and Interior Designs, Layouts and Colors
Home customizations and extras
Financing options

We believe that with solid pre-construction planning, each and every detail of your dream home can be addressed to insure a high quality and on-time build.

Once your home is under construction, we set in motion our signature multi-stage construction process. At each stage of the build, each Ridge Stone home undergoes a rigorous inspection to insure that every detail is carried out according to the plans and specifications of the pre-construction planning sessions. The stages for inspection are:

Framing
Mechanical (Heating, Cooling Electrical, Plumbing)
Drywall
Final Turnover to the Homeowner
6 Month Walk-through
12 Month Walk-through
