Warranty

We stand behind each of our projects and provide warranties to every project we build.  Ridge Stone offers the following warranty on all homes built:

• We provide a standard 1 year builder’s warranty on all Ridge Stone homes.

• We stand behind all Manufacturer’s Warranties on all products we install such as Owens Corning Shingles, Pella Windows, Therma Tru Doors, and Merillat Cabinets and will continue to be your point of contact with these manufactures should a problem arise.

• We will conduct both a 6 and 12 month walk through of your Ridge Stone home to insure that all facets of your home are performing to our strict standards.
